Receptionist - Sales and Clubhouse

**Designation: Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Clubhouse Front Desk**
**Gender: Female Only**
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Assist Sales Staff in Closing New Sales or Documentation of Existing Sales
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, brochures etc.)
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (Maintain Log of Visitor/Customer Data)
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying etc.
- Issue ID Badges, Parking Stickers or other such Company Documents
- Register Customers for Clubhouse and Manage Clubhouse Access
- Keep Track & Collect Appropriate Maintenance Charges
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but diploma accepted with some college or equivalent experience
- 1+ years experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
- Knowledge of spreadsheets (MS Excel) and word processing (MS Word) documents
- Ability to create organized filing system
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
- Willingness to learn new company softwares
- Working knowledge of marketing terminology and practices
- Overachieving attitude and enhanced work ethic
