Overview:
As a Senior Sales and Marketing Associate with 5+ years of experience in the tool room industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and fostering customer relationships. Leveraging your extensive experience, you will lead the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, leveraging your 5+ years of experience in the tool room industry.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing valuable insights to drive product development and marketing efforts.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral that effectively communicate the value proposition of our tool room products and services.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, promotional strategies, and digital initiatives to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote our offerings, build brand awareness, and cultivate new business relationships.
- Provide expert product demonstrations and technical support to clients, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of tool room products and manufacturing processes.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies with organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM software.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in sales and marketing roles within the tool room industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of tool room products and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to evolving market conditions and customer preferences.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
