The Client Servicing Executive is responsible for building, closing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and requirements are met promptly and effectively. This role involves coordinating with internal teams to deliver projects on time, resolving client issues, and identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.

The clients would be the big corporates in Pan India - for events and team-building activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.

**Closing Projects**:

- Along with client relationship management, you should be able to take client calls and close deals.

**Project Coordination**:

- Coordinate with various departments (e.g., marketing, creative, technical) to ensure timely delivery of services and projects.
- Monitor project progress and keep clients informed about status updates.
- Ensure that client feedback is incorporated into ongoing projects and services.

**Issue Resolution**:

- Address and resolve client issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Escalate issues to higher management when necessary.

**Client Retention and Growth**:

- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations to clients.
- Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and service agreements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client activities, satisfaction levels, and project outcomes.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to client.
- Collaborate with other client servicing executives to share best practices and strategies for client success.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

**Experience**:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
