- Daily site safety round and preparing report for it.
- Daily induction training for contractor employees and visitors.
- Promotional Activities: Plan, Identify Organize & Conduct Safety
- Trainings/promotional programs in order to create awareness and motivate all employees.
- Approach and Coach to employees ands follow up for its rectification.

**System & productivity improvement studies for cost reduction**
- Daily PTW issuing and its inspection at site.
- To bring changes in Safety culture in plant by Creating a high level of safety awareness at all times with conducting promotional activity.
- Safety standard audit and follow up for its findings.
- Promoting Safety awareness and Motivation activities for monthly safety theme.
- Operation and Maintenance of Static and mobile Firefighting Equipment. o Supporting and preparing protocols and check list SOP/SMP.

**Strategic Projects / Innovation**
- Effective implementation of progressive consequence management
- Effective implementation of safety systems with 100% compliance by correspondence to Factory inspector requirements.
- Implementation of 6 nos. Safety best practice
- Co-ordinate and facilitate Project team on safe completion of ongoing Slag project.
- Involve in Safety promotional Activities and Improving Safety through digitalization More Safety with less.
- Improvement on visuals at site and it upkeeping.

**Legal, Statutory & Audit Compliance**
- Compliance to Factories Act & Rule norms.
Facilitate compliance to Third party findings through audits findings through validation.
Emergency preapredness & mock drill.
- Ensuring the healthiness of portable fire extinguisher and its timely maintenance.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor Of Engineering,Diploma

**Minimum Experience Level**:
6-8 Years
