- To prepare written statement, Rejoinder, Documents, Evidence & Argument & to represent before ALC & DLC Pipri as Management Representative & to ensure minimize cases to save liability..
- To initiate disciplinary actions and to draft Show Cause Notice, Charge sheet, Warning letter, Suspension letter, Dismissal & to prepare MIS.
- To conduct Domestic enquiry
- To prepare Compliance report on monthly/ quarterly basis.
- To ensure compliances & upload on E & Y Compliance tool
- To ensure Audit of Contractors records and initiate appropriate action in case of Non-compliance.
- To assist HRBP Head in Bonus settlement, LTS as & when required
- To Monitor overall compliance and industrial disputes towards Hindalco Renukoot and take necessary action to prevent and resolve the same

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor Of Law,Master Of Social Work,Bachelor of Legal Sciences

**Minimum Experience Level**:
5-10 Years

Manager
