Billing and stock entry assistant for a lighting firm based in Kochi.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**: Accurately input and maintain data in our **Vyapar billing app / software** and Tally
- **Document Management**: Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring easy access to critical documents, including financial records.
- **Office Organization**: Keep the office tidy and organized, ensuring all equipment and supplies are readily available.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior office or administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of financial record-keeping and expense tracking.

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
