**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interpret and analyze medical imaging results, including X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, ultrasounds, mammograms, and nuclear medicine imaging, to diagnose various medical conditions.
- Collaborate with referring physicians to discuss imaging results and recommend appropriate follow-up or treatment plans.
- Perform image-guided procedures, such as biopsies, aspirations, and catheter placements, when necessary.
- Ensure accurate documentation of findings and maintain patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor and ensure the quality and safety of imaging procedures and protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in radiology techniques, equipment, and technology through continuous professional development and training.
- Provide consultations to other healthcare professionals regarding radiologic services.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to case discussions.
- Mentor and provide training to radiology technologists and medical students when required.

**Qualifications**:

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree with a specialization in Radiology.
- Board certification in Radiology or eligibility for certification.
- Valid state medical license to practice as a Radiologist.
- Proven experience as a Radiologist, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Proficient in using radiology equipment and medical imaging software.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Subspecialty training in areas such as interventional radiology, neuroradiology, musculoskeletal radiology, or pediatric radiology.
- Experience with advanced imaging techniques, including PET scans and cardiac imaging.
