**Who are we?**

Ecowiser, a part of ThrivingZen (OPC) Private Limited, is an organization focused on making sustainable living hassle-free and affordable. Ecowiser provides sustainable product recommendations across fashion, food, personal care, and household products.

We are looking for a driven, eager technology professional who wants to work in a diverse team of sustainability-focused personnel. We are building a scalable software product targeted toward the US/European consumer markets, to help promote sustainable and ethical consumption. You will be working on a fully remote basis and network with INSEAD graduates, doctors, entrepreneurs and ex-Google employees.

**The Role**:
We are looking for a driven, eager technology professional who enjoys taking ownership and is ready to hustle. Main responsibilities would include
- Taking full responsibility for key initiatives within verticals in the business, explicitly business improvement.
- Managing projects and programs within the organization across various products, operations, partnerships and investor relations.
- Working with partners to distinguish and foster deals channels and items.
- Broad experience in driving cycles and working in/with new companies.
- Being a functioning individual in the business improvement process by recognizing, presenting, supporting and bringing worldwide deals to close open doors.
- Taking care of issues through organized thinking, research, project arranging, and on-ground execution.
- Possessing liabilities across spaces like technique, advertising, activities, and organizations.
- Ability to identify and recommend sustainable solutions to business challenges and opportunities
- Familiarity with sustainable business models and their potential benefits for the company and its stakeholders
- Passion for sustainability and a desire to contribute to positive environmental and social impacts through the company's activities.

**Requirements**:

- Working experience of 2-3 years with startups/consultancies.
- Readiness to hustle and take care of business.
- Someone who enjoys taking ownership learns quickly and has a bias for action.
- Solid authoritative, decisive reasoning, and interchangeable abilities.
- Ready to follow high-volume action with extraordinary completion and attention to detail.
- Issue solver, ready to investigate issues freely or raise when vital - a feeling of responsibility and sound individual judgment.
- Tech-savvy
- Passion for social impact and sustainability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
