**Role - AGM SALES**

Education
- BE/ BTech -Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering

Experience - 7+ years

Essential skills:

- Min 5 years experience in laboratory analytical instruments industry, must have handled institutional sales
- Excellent Team building skills
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety regulations of laboratory analytical instruments industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Sound financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost control.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Role and Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure compliance with regulations and customer requirements
- Assist in budget planning and financial analysis, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to department managers and supervisors, fostering a positive work culture, and promoting employee engagement and development.
- Collaborate with the procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and components for production.
- Oversee the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs, address inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes relevant to the manufacturing sector.

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
