**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy & Planning**: Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize room sales and revenue. Identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel agents, and event planners. Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the hotel.
- **Account Management**: Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.
- **Sales Reporting & Analysis**: Track sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and analyze data to make informed decisions. Adjust strategies based on performance and market conditions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the revenue management team to align sales strategies with pricing and inventory management. Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring terms are favorable for both the hotel and the client. Ensure all agreements are documented and adhered to.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
