Based in Thane, Ajanta Auto Industries is part of a successful international group that has been at the forefront of manufacturing and distributing rubber products since 1970.
Our sales head office is based in UK (team of 25) with a branch office and manufacturing in Thane (India)(team of 125) and additional sales representation in the Netherlands and Poland.

**Requirement**:
For our Thane office, we are looking for a smart, energetic **Export Executive** with a high degree of proficiency in written and spoken English. Working knowledge of Tally and export procedures / documentation is essential.

**The role**:
Reporting to the Senior Accountant you will be responsible for overall management of the Export department of the group companies.

**Key Responsibilities include**:
1. Responsible for entire logistics and documentation activities

2. Scrutinizing Pre shipment and Post shipment documentation.

3. Well versed in Incoterms / Payment terms.

5. Good knowledge on various ports situated around the globe.

6. Well versed in MEIS / Advance License / EPCG License / Duty draw back.

7. Freight negotiation with forwarders / Shipping line

8. Co-ordinate with factories for smooth and timely shipments to customers.

09. Co-ordinate with transporters & CHA for timely movement of containers.

10. Co-ordinate with forwarders / liners for freight invoice and timely release of OBL.

11. Co-ordinate with accounts for timely release of freight payment to forwarders / Transporters

12. Co-ordinate with bankers and make sure that EBRC are issued on time without delay.

13. Co-ordinate with CHA and make sure EP copies are getting reflected in DGFT site without delay.

14. Ensure prompt delivery of original shipping documents to customers.

15. Ensure timely receipt of various export incentives.

16. Keeping track of pending E-BRC/Licenses, etc.

17. Tracking estimated time of arrival (ETA) of ships at the port of destination and intermediary ports.

18. Keep updated regarding Foreign Trade Policy & other rules & regulations relating to our business.
- **Package and Benefits**:

- Salary Competitive (Negotiable depending on experience between Rs.15,000/- to Rs.25,000/- per month
- Full time working hours between 10.00am to 06.30pm Monday to Saturday

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce
- 5+ years prior experience in export documentation and operations

- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
- Proactive and highly motivated team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Can work according to strict deadlines

**Working Days**: 6 (Sundays off)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
