**Roles & Responsibilities**

As a Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our organization. Duties include offering administrative support across the organization.
Duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, executes and coordinates front-desk activities, including distributing

**Job Brief **correspondence, redirecting phone calls and performing all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. Multitasking skill is essential for this position.

Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office and direct them to appropriate contact person.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.

Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).

Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries. Maintain records.

Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.

Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies. Keep inventory of stock.

**Job Description **Building/office maintenance, including maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment

Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.

Maintain the various registers at the front desk incl. material movement, courier, attendance, visitor, etc.

Manage travel and accommodation booking requirements

Help organize small to large scale events and provide ongoing assistance during events

Handle admin vendors and services - CUG, Data card, print, ID card, Bus card, etc

Manage House Keeping services, Security services and Cafeteria services.

Track and manage AMCs

**Qualification, **Maintain all records as per ISO audit requirements and present when needed.

**Qualification, Certification & Experience Required**

**Educational **Bachelor’s degree preferred, but diploma accepted with some college or equivalent experience
**Qualification**

**Certification **Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
**Requirement **Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner

2+ years experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
**Required Experience**

**Skills & Competencies (Behavioural & Functional)**
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.

Strong attention to detail, goal oriented.

Ability to multi task

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
