**Role : Customer Support Executive**
**Experience : Fresher - 4 Years of Experience**

**Work timings : 9 AM - 6 PM (Monday to Friday)**
**Location : Royapettah, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600014**
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
**Key Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills **(Both English & Hindi)**:
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: Up to ₹29,000.00 per month
