Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Ambica Bath & Style Experience Centre, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to clients seeking world-class tiles, sanitary ware, furniture, and lighting solutions. You will leverage your expertise in our products to guide customers through their purchasing journey, ensuring they find the perfect solutions to enhance their spaces.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Engagement**: Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience.

3. **Consultative Selling**: Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints, offering tailored solutions that meet their needs.

4. **Demonstrations and Samples**: Conduct product demonstrations and provide samples to showcase the quality, design, and functionality of our products, helping customers make informed decisions.

5. **Sales Generation**: Proactively approach customers, upsell and cross-sell products, and actively participate in promotional activities to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.

6. **Quotations and Pricing**: Prepare accurate quotations for customers, ensuring transparency and clarity in pricing, discounts, and promotions, and assist in negotiating terms to close sales.

7. **Order Processing**: Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, liaising with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery, and provide updates to customers on the status of their orders.

8. **Follow-Up**: Maintain ongoing communication with customers to provide post-sales support, address any inquiries or concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction with their purchase experience.

9. **Visual Merchandising**: Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the showroom, including organizing displays, arranging products, and ensuring that promotional materials are prominently featured.

10. **Market Insights**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments, and provide feedback to management to help refine product offerings and sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience in a retail environment, preferably in the home improvement, interior design, or luxury goods industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong product knowledge and passion for home decor, interior design, and related products, with an eye for design aesthetics and trends.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Pay: ₹9,807.10 - ₹25,000.00 per month
