Electrician

As an Electrician at our world-class home and furnishing experience center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our lighting wholesale and retail establishment. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and fixtures in residential and industrial settings. Your expertise will contribute to creating an optimal lighting environment that enhances the overall customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Installation and Maintenance**: Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment by relevant codes and safety standards. This includes both indoor and outdoor lighting installations.

2. **Diagnosis and Troubleshooting**: Identify electrical problems using various diagnostic tools and techniques. Troubleshoot issues efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operation of lighting systems.

3. **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their lighting needs. Offer recommendations, advice, and solutions tailored to their preferences and requirements.

4. **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest lighting products, technologies, and trends. Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.

5. **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members, including sales associates and designers, to coordinate lighting installations and projects. Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks.

6. **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment. Implement proper safety measures during installations and repairs to prevent accidents and hazards.

7. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and inspections. Document any changes made to electrical systems and keep detailed logs for future reference.

8. **Quality Assurance**: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that all electrical work meets high standards of craftsmanship and functionality. Address any discrepancies promptly to uphold the reputation of our establishment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably in a residential and industrial setting.
- Valid electrician license or certification as per local regulations.
- Proficiency in reading electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks requiring manual labor and working at heights.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a lighting wholesale or retail environment.
- Familiarity with a wide range of lighting products, including LED, fluorescent, and decorative fixtures.
- Knowledge of smart lighting systems and home automation technologies.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹29,983.69 per month
