TK Basheer & Co is a leading distributor of Cement for the India Cements Ltd. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to make a significant impact in our growing organization.

Position: Senior Sales Executive

Industry: Wholesale Cement Distribution

Location: Kochi, Kerala

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand customer base in the wholesale construction materials sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, foster strong relationships with existing clients, and proactively address their needs.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set sales targets, track performance, and provide regular reports to the management.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to maximize revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Stay informed about product features, specifications, and benefits to effectively communicate with clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics and finance to ensure timely order processing and smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the wholesale distribution of cement.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and own a car for regular travel to meet clients and prospects.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be 35 years old or above.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
