Field Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition and Onboarding**:
- Identify and target potential business clients in assigned territories.
- Educate clients about Alibaba’s platform, services, and benefits.
- Assist new clients with onboarding processes and platform navigation
**Sales Growth**:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Promote Alibaba's products and services, including e-commerce solutions, digital payment systems, and supply chain services.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
**Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients to enhance their business performance on Alibaba’s platform.
**Market Analysis and Reporting**:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to the management team.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies with market demands.
**Field Visits**:
- Conduct frequent on-site visits to meet with clients and provide personalized solutions.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent Alibaba.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in field sales, account management, or a related role.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
