Manage and supervise the overall operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and minimize stock discrepancies.

Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Supervise and train warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance.

Implement and enforce safety and security procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.

Utilize warehouse management systems or other software tools to track and manage inventory movements, stock levels, and order processing.

Collaborate with logistics providers and carriers to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Prepare regular reports on warehouse activities, such as stock levels, order fulfillment, and operational performance.

Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role preferred.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles.

Proficiency in using warehouse management systems or other inventory tracking software.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and inventory control.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.

Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks as required.
