**Management and administration of Firewalls and network devices**
Should be willing to work 24/7 rotational shift operations and should have aminimum of 5-9 years of experience in Network Security technology
**Job Description**:
2. Responsible for Handling Customer Escalation, P1/P2 Severity Incident issues and take it to the conclusion.
4. Responsible for planning new product/service roll out or enhancement of existing operations and maintenance in Managed Hosting Firewalls, and Network products.
5. Able to identify problems and significantly improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques.
7. Contribute as an individual contributor for deployment of customer devices during migration or Replacement.
8. Monitors and manages Hosting operations as per agreed SLA and drives certification and compliance to regulatory requirements.
9. May lead some important projects, that require providing experienced project team members with instruction, guidance and advice in all aspects of the project to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.
10. Able to independently resolve complex projects, issues, challenges encountered.
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of 5-9 years of relevant Firewall and Network Security technology experience
- Expert in two firewall technologies (PaloAlto, Fortigate, ASA, Checkpoint, Proxy)
- Having firewall certifications would be a plus
**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:

- Rotational shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- PaloAlto, Fortigate, ASA, Checkpoint, Proxy: 5 years (required)
License/Certification:
- firewall (preferred)
Shift availability:
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)
