**Role and responsibilities**
- 1. Execution and Managing Funds Operations Team (Broking) for daily BAU activities, i.e.
- o Client & Exchange level Funds Payin/Payout
- o Client’s Deposit and Withdrawals reconciliation on transaction level
- o Client’s Allocation process on N-MASS
- o Accounting of Entries
- o Exchange level reporting, i.e.
- Enhanced Risk Based Supervision
- Client’s Cash and Cash Equivalent
- Bank level cash balance
- Client’s Segregation
- Client’s shortage allocation
- Client’s Margin reporting (EQ/FO)
- o Banks and General Ledger Reconciliations
- o Trial Balance preparation and scrutiny

2. Communications with Exchange/Auditors/Inter-connected Teams
- 3. Process Optimisation/Automation
- 4. Preparation of Process SOPs/Checklists/Flows
- 5. Submitting Audits/Inspections data requirements

**Job Requirement**
- Must have Broking Operations (Funds) experience of more than 5 years
- Collaborative approach, clear on communication, eye on details and logical understanding/aerial view of the process
- Good understanding of financial accounting
- Team management & process streamlining experience
