As a Junior Company Secretary, you will provide vital support to the company's corporate governance and regulatory compliance functions. Your responsibilities will include assisting in organizing and preparing for board meetings, maintaining accurate corporate records, and supporting the filing of statutory returns and regulatory documents.

**Key Position Accountabilities**
- Assist in the coordination and preparation of board meetings by drafting agendas, compiling necessary materials, and recording accurate minutes.
- Maintain precise and current corporate records, including statutory registers, board resolutions, and various corporate documents.
- Support the timely filing of statutory returns and regulatory documents, ensuring adherence to relevant deadlines and requirements.
- Aid in the management of the company's share register, facilitating share transfers and issuance of certificates as necessary.
- Provide administrative assistance to the company secretarial team, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and responding to inquiries.
- Conduct research on corporate governance best practices, regulatory updates, and other pertinent topics as assigned.
- Assist in developing and implementing corporate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate company secretarial tasks effectively.
- Perform asset audits following established protocols, verifying asset existence, location, and condition, reconciling physical counts with recorded inventory, and addressing any identified discrepancies.
- Supervise compliance filing and tracking procedures to guarantee punctual submission of statutory returns, regulatory reports, and other mandated documentation. Utilize tracking systems and software to monitor deadlines, uphold compliance calendars, and generate management reports, while also implementing enhancements to optimize efficiency and accuracy in compliance management procedures.

**Education, Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, finance, or a related field. A focus on corporate governance, company law, or business administration is advantageous.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
