**Job Summary**:
The Space Planner is responsible for creating efficient and functional space layouts that meet the needs of clients and comply with design principles. This role involves collaboration with architects, interior designers, and clients to optimize the use of space in residential, commercial, or institutional projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and create space planning layouts that align with client requirements, project specifications, and architectural guidelines.
- Prepare detailed architectural and interior design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, 3D visualizations, and sectional details.
- Conduct thorough site analyses and assessments to gather data on existing conditions, constraints, and opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, designers, stakeholders, and MEPF services to understand project goals, design intent, and ensure seamless integration of all systems.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards.
- Present design concepts clearly and effectively to clients, incorporating their feedback into the final plans.
- Develop detailed working drawings for construction purposes.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure materials, fixtures, and equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Proven experience in space planning or architectural design, preferably in commercial or residential projects.
- Proficiency in design software AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
