Structured hybrid role:
Introduction:
To lead a Quality Assurance team to produce exceptional customer and client outcomes through building strong relationships and driving performance. The role will coach and develop colleagues to deliver against QA objectives and support Operations by producing accurate and timely insight to improve customer journeys

What will you be doing?
- Proactively identifies and creates opportunities to improve the customer and client experience with QA.
- Promotes a ‘one’ team culture throughout our teams.
- Agree challenging performance and development objectives for all direct reports providing regular feedback and / coaching to ensure maximum potential is achieved.
- Proactively and robustly manage performance and quality excellence, ensuring a rigorous performance management culture is embedded.
- Proactively identify risks and intervene before they cause an impact by managing, escalating and

mitigating them promptly.

Skills/Competencies
- Excellent Communications Skills.
- Ability to effectively analyse complex data and to highlight trends/themes.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Willingness and ability to understand others point of view and to build rapport with colleagues

Education
ï‚- Graduate from a reputed Institute or University in any discipline (BA, BSc, B.Com, BBM, BHM etc.)
Experience
ï‚- At least 8+ years of Managerial experience in Banking Domain
ï‚- Prior experience in Financial assistance domain would be preferred.
ï‚- Knowledge of QA related risk and audits

Skills that will help you in the role:
ï‚- Experience in customer service/financial assistance environment in Banking domain
ï‚- Achieving high standards and delivering results with accuracy and attention to detail
ï‚- Flexibility in hours of work and ability to work in changing shifts patterns
