**Responsibilities & duties**:

- **Work Daily on Non Delivery Reports
- Call Shipping Partner for Re-attempt Delivery
- Allocate and track orders and returns
- Implement and administer procedures to enhance operations
- Tracking delivery and shipment
- Managing Returns in the Sheet
- Coordinate with Operations team for return pickup and delivery

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
