Responsibilities and Duties:
2. Provide Information: Offer accurate and detailed information about Chandigarh University's programs, admission procedures, fees, scholarships, campus facilities, and other related inquiries in a clear and concise manner.

4. Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot technical issues faced by callers related to our online platforms, registration portals, or other online tools.

5. Complaint Resolution: Address complaints, concerns, or escalations from students and resolve them in a courteous and timely manner to enhance student satisfaction and retention.

6. Coordinate with Departments: Collaborate with various departments such as admissions, academic advisors, finance, and others to obtain accurate information and provide effective guidance to students.

7. Student Support: Provide support to students during the admission process, including exam scheduling, coordination for interviews, campus visits, and document verifications.

8. Maintain Records: Update student records, call logs, and documentation in CRM systems or other databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is readily available.

9. Cross-selling and Promotion: Recognize opportunities to promote additional programs, courses, or initiatives based on student interests and educational goals.

10. Teamwork: Foster a positive work environment by collaborating with team members and contributing to team goals, sharing knowledge, and assisting others when needed.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Education: A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.

2. Communication Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi (verbal and written) is essential. Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills are necessary to understand and address student requirements effectively.

3. Customer Service Skills: Prior experience in a customer service or call center position is preferred. A positive attitude, patience, and empathy are crucial to delivering an exceptional student experience.

5. Problem-solving Abilities: Ability to think critically, analyze situations, and provide effective solutions within specified deadlines.

6. Multitasking: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
