**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Objectives of this Role**
**Edutech Provider Centric Role**:
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Someone who could help us **build alliances with the EdTech courses.**
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- **Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies**
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
**Parent User Centric Role**:
- Promoting the brand in the best possible way by providing customer service excellence to parents.
- Coordinate and lead the growth journey for prospective parents, promoting the Joonify platform and presenting it in the best possible way, to ensure the company achieves or exceeds the set targets.
- Lead the parent journey, mapping and measuring customer service, at all points support Joonify brand promise and encourage parent endorsement.
- Develop and update communication channels, such as in-bound and out-bound calling, live campaigns, apartment campaigns in accordance with the Joonify Marketing & Customer Service Strategy to promote the brand to both existing and potentially new parents..
**Daily and Monthly Responsibilities**:
- Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
- Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer life cycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
- Parent involvement is an integral part of kids' learning and you will be the single point of contact for all the parents for their academic and non-academic queries.
- You will be the champion of parents' voice within Joonify and work internally with multiple stakeholders to deliver a wow experience for our parents.
- Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for the parents.
- Nurture and develop a long-lasting relationship with parents and act as the perfect bridge between parents and teachers keeping kids’ learning at the center.
- Ensure each single issue of clients are resolved with the minimum turnaround time (TAT) in a satisfactory manner
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
