**Role Description**

We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site Healthcare Recruiter (Associates, Executives, Specialists, Leads, and Account Coordinators). In this role, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, including healthcare staffing, customer service, communication, and recruiting within the healthcare sector. The position is based in Dehradun, India.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 months experience in healthcare staffing and recruiting
- Marketing skills and experience working on social media platforms i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to hire healthcare professionals
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or an equivalent field is a plus

**The following qualifications will also be beneficial for this role**:

- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
