**Job Title**: Front Office Executive
**Location**: Chandni chowk delhi
**Job Summary**: The Front Office Executive is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient front desk operation, providing excellent customer service to guests, and ensuring a pleasant experience during their stay at the hotel.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs (e.g., housekeeping, room service).
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
- Assist in managing room reservations and cancellations.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Ensure the front desk is neat, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist in processing payments and managing the cash drawer.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
