Dubbing Coordinator

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Dubbing Coordination**
- Receive files from clients and distribute them to scriptwriters.
- Coordinate with scriptwriters, dubbing artists, and the in-house production team.
- Schedule dubbing sessions and manage the availability of dubbing artists.
- Collaborate with audio engineers and editors for quality assurance in audio and video production.
- Negotiate budgets and manage costs with dubbing artists and vendors.
- Oversee asset management, including proper organization and archiving of files.
- Deliver final files to clients via Dropbox, FTP, or other specified methods. Deliverables include:

- Script files
- Lower thirds
- WAV files
- Final video files

**Production and Broadcast Schedule**
- Coordinate with editors and the broadcast team to ensure timely airing of content according to schedules.

**Payment Disbursement**
- Manage payment processing for dubbing artists and other associated vendors.
- Send payment details to the accounts department on a monthly basis.

**Languages Managed**
- Primary: Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Malayalam.
- Occasionally: Kannada and other languages.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong coordination and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with audio/video file formats and dubbing workflows.
- Budgeting and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in managing FTP, Dropbox, or other file-sharing tools.
- Knowledge of regional languages like Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Malayalam is essential; Kannada knowledge is a plus.
- A strong understanding of Christian content and ministry goals.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Previous experience in Christian media or ministry-related projects is mandatory.**:

- Knowledge of audio engineering or video editing processes is advantageous.
- Commitment to upholding Christian values in work and content creation.
