Dialogue and Scriptwriter

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a talented and passionate writer to join our Paa Music team.

We are looking for

Writers with strong linguistics and Grammar knowledge in TAMIL and ENGLISH languages.

Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Should have good typing skills.
- Should know to use Basic computer skills such as Word,Excel and PowerPoint.
- Should have knowledge in Script and Dialogue writing.
- Should be creative and fast in typing the content.

**Responsibilities**:
**1.Content Creation**:Develop engaging dialogues, descriptive narratives, and creative lyrics suitable for dubbed movies and episodes**. **Write compelling content that aligns with the tone, style, and voice of the original material while maintaining cultural relevance for the target audience.

**2.Supervision and Collaboration**:Supervise the voice dubbing process to ensure the tone and delivery match the intent of the written word. Work closely with the client teams and coordinate with multiple writers to ensure a unified vision and Continuity across episodes or series.
**3.Research and Development**:Conduct extensive research to inform writing material, including travelling for on-site investigations and immersion to create authentic and resonant content.

**4.Documentation and Record-Keeping**:Maintain thorough documentation of all written materials, research notes, and iterations of scripts and dialogues.

**5.Quality Assurance**:Perform quality checks on content developed by other writers to ensure it meets the project’s standards and objectives.

**6.Training and Directing**:Attend shooting locations to train actors on proper dialogue delivery and provide guidance on character portrayal as it relates to the script.
**7.Story Discussion Participation **:Engage in story discussions to contribute to the development of the plot, character arcs, and narrative pacing.

**8.Translation and Transcription **:Translate textual content accurately from Tamil to English and vice versa, ensuring the preservation of the originals tone and nuance.

**9.Language Adaptation **:Adapt scripts to culturally and contextually relevant for the target audience while staying true to the source material.

**10.Creative Team Interaction **:Collaborate with directors, producers, and other creative team members to bring the written word to life within the context of visual media.

**11.Script Editing **:Edit and refine scripts based on feedback from directors, producers and test audiences.

**12.Intellectual Property Management **:Ensure all written content complies with copyright laws and maintain respect for intellectual property throughout the creative process.

**13**.**Continuous Learning **:Stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and advancements in scriptwriting and storytelling techniques.

**14.Networking **:Build and maintain professional relationships with industry peers, production houses, and creative agencies.

**15**.Feedback Integration : Receive and incorporate constructive criticism and feedback from editors, clients, and peer reviews into revisions of written material.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
