Executive Assistant to CEO

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Communication and Correspondence Management**:
- **Managing the CEO's Calendar and Schedule**:
- Organize the CEO's calendar and schedule. This includes setting up meetings, making appointments, and more, and ensuring that prioritization of tasks are well aligned to the company’s goals.
- **Handling Documentation**:
- Manage all paperwork - drafting reports, creating presentations, and managing contracts. Making sure everything is correct, organized and presentable.
- **Acting as a Liaison between the CEO and Other Departments**:
- Be a bridge between the CEO and other departments by ensuring all the information flows smoothly and efficiently. Communicate effectively by being clear and to the point so that the CEO has all the info needed to make the right decisions.
- **Travel Coordination and Logistics Management**:
- Handle all travel arrangements for the CEO. This includes tasks such as booking flights and hotels, sorting out ground transport in advance, and making sure that everything is in order.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent: BBA/MBA
- Experience: Min. 1 year
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
- Good attitude - A proactive and responsible personality
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
- Fluency in handling Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Docs, Calendar)
**Timings**:
8 hours: 8pm-12am, 9.30am-1.30pm
First Half - Office, Second Half - Work from Home
**Salary Range**:

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
