**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**:
**OVERALL**:

- The Group Functions Value Mining Architect mining expert will be part of the Celonis CoE under Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) function.
- He/ She is responsible to work on Process mining tool - Celonis and exhibit techniques to deep dive into the processes based on event logs.
- The output should be highlighting improvement areas, process bottlenecks and giving way to digitalization opportunities.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Working on process mining analysis and solution, you will:

- Get information from business process participants to understand exactly how their processes work.
- Collaborate with Process mining technical team to develop process data models to track how our main processes are used over tools (SAP ECC, Basware, Ariba etc.)
- Identify, qualify, and frame the value with ROI of the process mining findings - inefficiencies/noncompliance/cash/ rework etc.
- Drive executive scorecards
- Collaborate with the business teams to show them what the core models do, what the results mean, and how to improve their business processes to enhance their productivity and cash.
- Define the action plan and follow it in relation with the business.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of processes to ensure consistent value delivery.
- Present results and realized value to senior management

**FUNCTIONAL SCOPE**:
The Group Functions Domain contains following business processes:

- Accounting
- Controlling
- Project
- Human Resources
- Sales

**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**:
**BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES**:

- Be able to formulate project goals, prepare and clean the data, analyze the questions and assess the expected impact of the suggested process changes.
- Clear and concise communication with strong written and verbal communication skills - participate in workshops/trainings and present recommendations.
- Have a passion to make the organization smoother and faster using simple to understand processes.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
- Logical structuring: structured approach to problem solving and ability to perform root cause analysis of client problems

**TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE**
- 4-9 years overall experience. Experience in process mining with Celonis is a plus. Data science skills.
- Proven experience in capturing process demands, and translating them into effective digital based processes.
- Experience in Business Operations' business process capturing and analysis.
- Expertise and knowledge experience on following SAP module (FI / CO / PS / SD / CS)
