**Role**:
As a Co-Founder at HMS Recruitment Consultants, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the company and driving its growth. You will collaborate closely with the existing team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, foster client relationships, and lead initiatives that will elevate our brand in the market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Co-develop the company's vision, mission, and long-term strategies in collaboration with the existing leadership team.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new client opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to selection and placement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the recruitment landscape.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

**Qualifications**:
Any Graduate/UG/PG

1-5years in Any Industry

*Skills*
- Proven experience in the recruitment industry Or any Sales with a track record of successful placements and client engagement.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to drive growth initiatives.
- Adept at building and nurturing client relationships, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
- Prior experience in a co-founder or senior leadership role is a Advantage.
