**Location**: Rajkot, Gujarat.

As a Sales Executive at Best Tours And Travels, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the retention and expansion of existing client accounts. You will leverage your sales skills and industry knowledge to promote our travel services and products, build strong relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online research.
- Develop a robust pipeline of potential clients and prioritize leads based on their likelihood to convert.
- **Client Engagement and Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their travel needs and preferences.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with personalized recommendations and solutions to enhance their travel experiences.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- **Sales Presentations and Proposals**:

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our travel services and packages.
- Tailor presentations and proposals to address the specific needs and interests of each client, highlighting relevant features and benefits.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:

- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure profitable contracts and agreements.
- Close sales deals in accordance with established targets and timelines, ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to onboarding.
- **Market Research and Competitive Analysis**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to align sales efforts with business objectives and deliver a seamless client experience.
- Coordinate with colleagues to ensure accurate and timely processing of bookings, payments, and other administrative tasks.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
