**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design objectives.
- Create **high-quality web design concepts, wireframes, and mockups** that are compatible **with WordPress themes** and effectively communicate design ideas.
- Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces, incorporating user experience best practices and considering mobile and responsive design principles while adhering to WordPress template guidelines.
- Develop original design elements, such as icons, graphics, illustrations, and other visual assets, that can be easily integrated into WordPress templates to enhance website aesthetics and usability.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all design materials and web properties.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, design tools, and technologies to continually enhance design processes, specifically within the WordPress ecosystem.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of your designs within WordPress templates and provide guidance and assets as needed.
- Design digital assets such as e-blasts, banner ads, digital signage, and digital brochures that maintain a consistent visual identity across various platforms.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proven **3 months-6 months experience as a Web Designer,** with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in design tools **such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.**:

- **Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles**.
- Familiarity with responsive and mobile design techniques to ensure optimal user experiences across various devices within WordPress themes.
- Excellent visual design skills, including layout composition, color theory, and typography.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, communicate design ideas effectively, and incorporate feedback.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs on time.
- A team player.
- An understanding of the residential real estate industry is a huge plus.
- Must be willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
