Key Job Responsibilities:
Documentation:
Handle the creation, maintenance, and organization of important documents, records, and files.
Prepare reports, memos, and other written materials as required by the management team.
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when processing and recording information.
Follow-ups with Clients:
Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while representing the organization to clients.
Networking:
Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
Attend networking events, industry conferences, and workshops to expand the organization's reach and promote brand awareness.
Participate in community outreach programs to enhance the organization's reputation and build meaningful connections.
Coordinating:
Assist in coordinating meetings, conferences, and events by managing schedules, sending invitations, and arranging logistics.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless workflow and efficient communication within the organization.
Arrange travel arrangements and accommodations for company executives when required.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
