Responsibilities
: Greet and welcome guests and clients as they arrive at the office. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual. Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times. Coordinate with other departments to schedule appointments and meetings. Manage and maintain office supplies, including ordering, stocking, and distributing as needed. Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing. Assist in preparing and distributing memos, emails, and other correspondence. Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
