**Responsibilities**:
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, connect them with the concerned person.

Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.

Receiving & sorting daily mails.

Answer the phone i a timely manner & direct calls to the direct department.

Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing system for all parties.

Ensure reception area is tidy & presentable, with all necessary stationary & material.

Enter customer data & send correspondence

Copy file & maintain paper or electronic documents & records.

Skills Required:
Customer service

Professional attitude & appearance.

Solid written &b verbal communication skills.

Ability to be resourceful & proactive when issue arise.

Excellent organizational skills.

Should be adaptable and patient.

Should have problem solving skills & interpersonal skills.

Listening skills, Professionalism, Microsoft skills.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
