**About the opportunity**:

- We're hiring a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with 2+ years of professional experience for our flagship product, Magnifi. You should have a strong background in graphic design and a passion for creating visually compelling content. Video editing skills are a significant advantage. As a Graphic Designer, you'll develop and execute creative designs for marketing and branding materials, while also assisting with video editing projects as required. **Magnifi** is an AI-powered enterprise product that automatically detects key moments in video content, enabling the real-time creation of highlights and short-form videos. With a global presence, Magnifi collaborates with various industries, including OTT platforms, sports broadcasters, and e-gaming platforms. Their vision is to empower users to create and share impactful stories across digital platforms with ease. Fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, Magnifi's leadership team is dedicated to leveraging AI for simplified video editing. The company has made notable acquisitions and received recognition for its contributions to the industry.**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- Design visually appealing graphics for marketing materials like brochures, flyers, social media posts, banners, and website graphics.
- Create engaging designs that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
- Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch) to develop high-quality designs.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs, ensuring project goals are met.
- Assist with video editing projects, including editing raw footage, adding visual effects, and creating motion graphics.
- Collaborate with the video production team to ensure designs and video content are cohesive and aligned with the brand strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software advancements, and incorporate them into projects when appropriate.

**Desired skills and experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy principles.
- Knowledge of video editing software is preferred (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
