Bidding Executive

Key Responsibilities:
**Bid Identification**:
- Research and identify potential bidding opportunities through various channels such as online portals, tender notices, and industry contacts.
- Analyse bid requirements and evaluate the organization's capability to fulfill them.
**Bid Preparation**:
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders including sales, technical, and finance teams to gather necessary information for bid preparation.
- Develop detailed proposals and bid documents tailored to the specific requirements of each opportunity.
- Ensure compliance with all bid instructions and requirements.
**Proposal Development**:
- Craft compelling narratives that effectively communicate the organization's strengths, capabilities, and value proposition.
- Create clear and concise content, including executive summaries, solution descriptions, pricing, and terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and other team members to enhance the visual appeal of proposals.
**Bid Submission**:
- Manage the bid submission process, adhering to deadlines and requirements set by clients or procurement authorities.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and supporting materials are included in the bid package.
- Monitor bid portals and other platforms for updates and amendments to bidding opportunities.
**Relationship Management**:
- Foster positive relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with clients during the bidding process, addressing queries and providing clarifications as needed.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
**Bid Analysis**:
- Conduct post-bid analysis to evaluate the success factors of submitted proposals.
- Identify areas for improvement in the bidding process and propose solutions for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain records of bid outcomes, lessons learned, and best practices for future reference.
**Lead Generation**:
- Qualify leads to ensure they align with the company's target market and have the potential for conversion into customers.
**Proposal Writing and Presentation**:
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to the specific needs and requirements of prospective clients.
- Deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the company's products, services, and value proposition effectively.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in bid management, proposal development, or related roles within the industry.
- Strong understanding of bidding processes, procurement practices, and contract management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and bid management software.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
