Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and target potential clients through proactive outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Conduct product/service presentations to prospective clients.

2. **Sales Strategies**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

3. **Product Knowledge**:

- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations as needed.

4. **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and regularly report sales progress to the management team.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. **Customer Service**:

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) with a specialization in Marketing.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is mandatory.
