**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Product Development: Formulate and reformulate beverages to meet customer requirements, consumer trends, and regulatory standards.
- Quality Control: Conduct chemical and sensory analyses to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Raw Material Testing: Evaluate and approve raw materials, ingredients, and packaging materials.
- Stability Testing: Conduct shelf-life studies to determine product stability.
- Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve product quality issues.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, GMP, and industry standards.
- Instrumentation: Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, such as HPLC, GC, and spectrophotometers.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of testing, formulations, and product development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Production, R&D, and Marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field.
- Experience: 1-4 years in a similar role in the beverages industry

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift
