Qualifications and Experience for a Production Head - Packaged Drinking Water Company*

### *Educational Qualifications:*
- *Bachelor’s Degree* in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
- A *Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA)* or a related field is an added advantage.
- *Certifications in Production Management*, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma are beneficial.
- Knowledge of *Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), **Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), and **FSSAI/BIS guidelines* is essential.

### *Experience:*
- *3-5 years* of experience in production management, ideally within the *food and beverage industry, with specific experience in **packaged drinking water* or similar FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale production units and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of *machine operations, **maintenance processes, and **supply chain management*.
- Experience with *lean manufacturing, **continuous improvement processes, and **cost control measures*.
- Familiarity with *regulatory compliance* for packaged drinking water, including BIS, FSSAI, and environmental standards.
- Demonstrated success in managing *production targets*, optimizing efficiency, and driving operational excellence.

This combination of education and experience will help ensure that the Production Head can successfully manage the complexities of running a packaged drinking water production facility.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
