**OVERVIEW**

The Outlet Manager is responsible for the profitability of the outlet. He performs outlet-level support functions including customer service, scheduling, day-to-day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance and back office support. He also manages inventories, interacts with customers, wait staff and support employees to maximizes revenue generation and enhance the customer experience. He maintains high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety in the dining area.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee the daily operations of outlet for efficient operations.
- Plan and assign daily workloads to outlet associates
- Handling the Billing and must have knowledge of Billing software.
- Over seeing stock levels and ordering supplies
- Maintain Reports like Sales Mis/ Petty Cash and Inventory In out.
- Establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standards.
- Develop marketing strategies to improve sales and profitability.
- Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe.
- Administer purchasing and receiving procedures.
- Contribute to innovation process within own scope of work in the business unit.
- Obtain customer feedbacks and recommend necessary outlet operational change
- Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
- Creating Staff Roasters
- Greeting and advising Customers
- Manage cost and quality controls.
- Manage crisis situations.
- Manage food and beverage operations.
- Manage site/outlet and equipment maintenance.
- Monitor income and expenses.
- Optimise workforce for service excellence.

**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

Ø Promote Plenum Specialty Foods Pvt. Ltd. in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Ø Be smartly dressed in appropriate attire depending on duties performed.

Ø Display a flexible ‘can do’ approach which will contribute to the success of Plenum Specialty Foods Pvt. Ltd.

Ø To operate in accordance with Plenum Specialty Foods Pvt. Ltd. policies and procedures.

**EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE**

Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in handling restaurant/QSR/Take away/Cloud Kitchen.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
