We are seeking a dedicated and experienced contract specialist to join our firm as an Associate. This position demands a professional with a keen eye for detail, robust legal expertise, and the ability to navigate complex contract negotiations and management.

**Key Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**: Must possess a law degree (LL.B. or higher).

**Location**: Applicant must be Mumbai-based.

**Experience**: Minimum of three years of experience in contract management and review, preferably within a corporate law firm, advisory, or consulting environment.

**Mandatory Skills and Knowledge**:

- Proficient in drafting, reviewing, marking up, negotiating, and finalising a variety of agreements and contracts.
- Must have experience with Master Service Agreements, Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policies (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), End-User License Agreements, Distributor Agreements, Contract Manufacturing Agreements, Loan License Agreements, and SAAS contracts.
- A deep understanding of key commercial considerations, risk management, compliance, regulatory challenges in emerging sectors (such as fintech and AI), and the nuances of cross-border operations.
