**Key Skills Required**

1. Product Knowledge: Understanding the products being sold, including their benefits and potential limitations.

3. Data Analysis: Ability to interpret sales data, website analytics, and customer behavior to inform sales strategies.

4. Sales Techniques: Proficiency in digital sales tactics such as upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention strategies.

5. WordPress Proficiency: Familiarity with the WordPress platform, including creating and managing content, installing plugins, and general site maintenance.

6. Proficiency with WooCommerce: Familiarity with the WooCommerce platform for managing online stores on WordPress.

7. Sales Funnel Creation: Knowledge of how to create and optimize sales funnels to guide customers toward making a purchase.

8. Landing Page Development: Ability to create effective landing pages that convert visitors into leads or customers.

9. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Expertise in techniques to improve the percentage of website visitors who make a purchase.

10. Sales Page Creation: Proficiency in building compelling sales pages that effectively showcase products and drive conversions.

11. SEO Best Practices: Understanding how to optimize ecommerce websites and product listings for search engines.

13. Retargeting/Remarketing Strategies: Knowledge of strategies to retarget ads to potential customers who have previously interacted with the brand.

14. Affiliate Marketing: Understanding of how to set up and manage an affiliate marketing program to increase sales.

15. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems: Familiarity with using CRM systems to manage customer data and interactions.

**Key Responsibility Areas**:

- Oversee all matters related to Brand, Digital Marketing, Media Management,e-commerce sales, Demand Generation and Fulfillment, Event Management, Partnerships/ Alliances,_
- Manage e-commerce sales
- Formulate the marketing and brand strategy for India.
- Lead the overall calendar of integrated 360-marketing and brand campaigns across channels digital, print, radio. Oversee campaign development across all aspects: creative, media, content, target audience, schedules etc. Campaigns should build brand awareness, retain customers and encourage repeat purchase, generate positive word-of-mouth, generate new leads, promote new launches.
- Work closely with the founder/ CEO and other functional heads to drive demand generation and fulfillment. The product category is such that you have to get people to ask for it; it is NOT a push product unlike low value/ low involvement consumer product categories. You have to generate excitement about the product, while maintaining exclusivity among the target audiences.
- Identify and build strong relationships with potential partners who could give you reach and presence with key target audiences, typically, those businesses that are similar in concept for
- Design, develop & implement effective and consistent media engagements across formats. Drive consistent communication through standardized thought leadership narratives that build upon the exclusivity and uniqueness of the companys products.
- Monitor and analyse campaign effectiveness and consistently improve impact and ROI.
- Develop and implement omni-channel demand fulfillment mechanisms, aligned to the business growth objectives.
- Lead Social Media organic strategy including content creation, driving relevant metrics including follower growth among target audiences.
- Ensure capability development of self and team members by actively participating and leveraging training opportunities.
- Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
- Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Promoting and developing the company's brand.
- Building a good relationship with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
