**Job Description**:
UTL Homes Pvt. Ltd. is seeking ambitious and driven individuals for the position of Real Estate Sales Executive. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving property sales, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect, identify, and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Showcase available properties to clients, highlighting features, amenities, and investment opportunities.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings for interested clients, providing detailed information and addressing questions or concerns.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions on behalf of clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process, providing updates and addressing any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Stay informed about market trends, property prices, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and agreements to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 months of experience in real estate sales or a related field preferred, but freshers with a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
- Minimum education requirement of 12th pass.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license and access to own transportation preferred.
