**Job Title**: ERP Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide support to coordinators and backend team members in utilizing the ERP system effectively

2. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues and queries promptly

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP processes

4. Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of the ERP system

5. Analyze existing ERP workflows and recommend improvements for increased efficiency

6. Customize ERP functionalities to meet specific business requirements

7. Document ERP processes, guidelines, and best practices for reference purposes

8. Stay updated with the latest ERP trends and technologies to suggest innovative solutions

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

2. Proven experience of 2-3 years working with ERP systems, preferably in a similar role

3. In-depth understanding of ERP functionalities, modules, and integration processes

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders

6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

7. Proficiency in ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, ERPNext or similar platforms

8. Knowledge of business processes and workflows, particularly in the areas of finance, HR, and supply chain, is a plus

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
