Job Title – Distributions & logistic coordinator (ERP D365 implementation)

Location- Mumbai (Goregaon East)

Employment type- On 3rd party payroll for 1 year

Purpose of the Job -

The positions will be responsible under the supervisions Distributions manager of Deploying the process of supply chain Operations included Demand Planning (warehousing, Inventory Management, Logistics and Distributions in new ERP Dynamic 365 follow the Global Sodexo standard.

Key responsibilities –

  • Support the Deployment of process flow for Distribution and logistics Operations for Supply management, including demand and supply planning, inventory management, warehousing etc.
  • Develop methodology, technology, and analytics to estimate, consolidate and report commercial demand using inputs from multiple systems and sources.
  • Take a leading role in the UAT testing of any change in systems and ensuring that requirements are met.
  • Continuous update the Business Analyst to keep processes (changes) in ARIS up to date.
  • Leverage technology and ERP to address issues and bring significant improvements to the SM function and the operations.

Accountabilities –

  • Support Successful Development and implementation of distribution and logistics Module.
  • Support KPIs definition to monitor progress and track benefits, with regular status updates provided to project stakeholders and executive management team as per the program governance plan.
  • End to end P2P process, improved compliance.

Experience required -

  • Experience in supply chain distribution and logistics (for a minimum of 3 years), good understanding of distribution and logistics process.
  • Experience of managing Sale and operations planning (S&OP) process.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (NITIE or Industrial Engineering) with MBA in Operations /SCM Management.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management of FMCG / or Food retail preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of procure to pay process / Catalogue Management
  • Process driven orientation and experience of working with cross functional teams and global stakeholders.
  • Experience in supporting change at a senior management level with internal and external stakeholders as well as suppliers.
  • Fluency in English required.
