- Certification: NISM Series 8 certification is must.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in equity trading or a related role, with a proven track record of successful trading performance.
- Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in trading platforms and software. Excellent understanding of market dynamics and trading strategies.
- Knowledge: Deep knowledge of equity markets, financial instruments, and trading regulations.
